If you have an AT&T Prepaid® Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Max plan, it includes 100GB of Personal Cloud storage. Don't have a qualifying plan? Open the myAT&T app or go to myPrepaid to change your plan.

You can also access Personal Cloud with a laptop or desktop browser.
To start using AT&T Personal Cloud with an active qualifying AT&T Prepaid plan:
  1. Download the AT&T Personal Cloud app if you don't already have it:
  2. Sign in to the Personal Cloud with your myAT&T ID and password.
  3. Look under Usage Summary and follow the prompts.
Heads up: New to AT&T Prepaid? You may have to wait up to 24 hours before you can start setting up your personal cloud.

Manage your Personal Cloud

Cloud storage details
  • With 100GB of personal cloud storage, you have room for lots of content. You can store up to 25,000 photos or 600 five-minute videos (the exact amount depends on device and content type).
  • The app shows you how much storage you’re using, so you’ll know if you’re close to running out.
  • You can buy an add-on for more cloud storage. Open the myAT&T app or go to myPrepaid. Then go to Add-ons and follow the prompts.
Cloud storage renewals
  • If you have an Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Max plan, your 100GB of cloud storage will remain active if your plan is active.
  • Larger cloud storage add-ons are available to purchase. They will auto-renew each month if you have enough money in your account balance.
  • Want to stop auto-renew? Open the myAT&T app or go to myPrepaid. Next, go to Add-ons and then Manage Auto Renew.
  • If you signed up for AutoPay, your payment will include any Personal Cloud Add-Ons. You can use your storage for as long as your plan remains active.
Expired plan or add-on
  • You have 30 days to access your stored content before it's deleted if you close your account, or if your plan or add-on expires.
  • Want to renew your add-on? Open the myAT&T app or go to myPrepaid. You may have to renew your plan or buy the Personal Cloud add-on again.
Changes to your account
  • If you switch to a plan that doesn't include Personal Cloud, your AT&T Personal Cloud account will become inactive still access and download your content for 30 days before it's deleted. You may have to wait 24 hours to access your cloud account after you switch plans. Any content left in the cloud after 30 days will be deleted.
  • If you change your phone number, it may take up to 24 hours before you can access your Personal Cloud account again.
  • Transferring your number to another carrier? Before you do, be sure to download content stored in the cloud. You won't have access to the AT&T Personal Cloud after you transfer your number.

Cancel AT&T Personal Cloud

Have 100GB of free storage with the Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Max plan?
Call us at 611 or 800.901.9878 to cancel the service. After you cancel, wait 24 hours and then you’ll have 30 days to access or download your content unless you’re transferring your number to another carrier.

Any content left in the cloud after 30 days will be deleted.

Want to cancel your personal cloud storage add-on?
  1. Open the myATT app or go to myPrepaid and sign in.
  2. Select Add-ons, then Manage Auto Renew, and then End Auto Renew.
  3. Download your content stored in the cloud within 30 days after your current add-on expires.
