About me

At&t is a monopoly that should be broken up again. They use unfair noncompetitive practices to screw customers with terrible service and even worse technical and customer support, that's overpriced. Their service has gone downhill significantly since U-Verse was first launched. They tore up my entire neighborhood when there was threats of fiber from other companies coming, but when those threats died down, they gave installing new fiber lines. They finished 1 and half streets and left the rest of my neighborhood to rely on ancient copper lines that they have let fall into disrepair. If just once at&t manages to solve one of my problems on the first try I'll take this statement back.
