I want to be able to manage and change and on occaison reset my voice mail message

@rugosa what kind of device do you have?

If you have an iPhone tap your Phone icon -> then Voicemail (bottom right corner) -> Then tap 'Greeting' -> You can choose between 'Default' and 'Custom' (record your own).

Here are the steps hope this will help.

Record Visual Voicemail greeting
To change or record your greeting:

For AT&T Visual Voicemail app for Android, tap the AT&T Visual Voicemail app.
For all other types of Visual Voicemail, tap Phone > Voicemail.
If you have iPhone, select Greeting.
For all other smartphone, tap Settings > Change voicemail greeting.
Select Custom > Record.
When you're finished recording your greeting, select Stop > Save.

Some smartphone may call the voicemail system when you select Change voicemail greeting. Follow the steps below if this occurs.
